Step 2: Make full Payment via our Paybill: 4228592.
Step 3: We pack and drop at the pickup point (Same day).
Step 4: Collect your order.
1. Within Nairobi and its environs:
(i) Via rider- Full payment on delivery
(ii) Via parcel services- Full payment before delivery.
(iii) Via courier company- Delivery fee paid upfront, product fee on delivery.
2. For other parts of the Country:
(i) Via parcel services- Full payment before delivery.
(ii) Via courier company- Delivery fee paid upfront, product fee on delivery.
Yes we deliver countrywide, with same-day delivery within Nairobi and it's environs, and next-day delivery countrywide.
We have a 7-day return policy for all our products. In case of a defective product, we'll do an exchange.
We'd love to, and we're working towards that. Currently we've partnered with different courier companies offering excellent and smooth delivery services, and of course with affordable delivery rates.
